There are many good habits. One of them is reading books. In the past, many people bought the books from the bookstore or order on the Internet. Nowadays more and more people go to the book fair because the book fair is good. The advantage of book fair is that you can buy the cheapest books and you can find a lot of books. You even can find the books you never know. There are many kinds of books you can choose.

There are many exhibits such as car, book, game etc… I like to go to the book fair especially because I like to read romance, ratiocinative and detective novel, the kind of romance especially. I also like to read comic books. It’s so funny!!

So reading books is a good habit. People should often go to the bookstore to cultivate your mind by reading. It can make you become refined.

In mid-term week, I prepared for the mid-term exam everyday. If I had free time, I would be study. But I think I had terrible grade. My English ability is so bad that I can’t get good grade.

battle of the sexes

The “battle of the sexes” started with Adam and Eve, and it will probably continue forever. The opinion that men are superior to women has long been accepted in many cultures, but the feminist movement is trying to change this view. Feminists claim that boys and girls are exactly equal at birth but become unequal because of the way they are treated by society. However, feminists believe education has contributed to the gender inequality. And recent research contradicts the view that males and females are innately alike.

Recently, I was so tired and busy. I have the mid-term exam at November 9th. It’s coming soon. There were many sport games last week such as volleyball, basketball, badminton and ping-pong. It was so exciting, volleyball especially. I decided to join the club with my roommate, Penny, originally. I have to go the chorus Monday to Thursday every week. So I have to give up the club. I hate the chorus because it’s not only very boring but also wasting my time!!! I even want to quit the chorus. I prefer to prepare the mid-term exam instead of practicing the chorus. It’s not very exaggerated, because many people want to quit the chorus.

1.Some people who choose vegetarianism may think eating onli vegetables is healthly.

2.Some people think same-sex marriage shouldn't be legalized;one of the reasons is that will make a great impact on and mislead teenagers who are sexually confused.

3.It's possible that people who choose tattoos think tattoos can make them become cool. They also regard tattoos as fashionable marks.

JOURNAL

Through two weeks, I'm familiar with my roommates gradually. Penny and Sunny are my roommates. They're very nice and humorous. We get along very nicely. We always do everything together, such as eating dinner, drying the clothes and looking at night scene. We also share our clothes with one and another. If we stayed at dormitory, we would go shopping in holidays. We are really good good good good friends!!!!

Taichung is really hot!!! it's different from Taipei. I don't really adapt to this environment, but I tried hard to adapt myself to the new environment. We had Uniform Day at October 6th in Department of Applied Foreign Language. There were some cakes and black tea. And there was playing pop music. It was just like pub. We had the funny day!!!
